Ghada has a broad range of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and lifespans. She is passionate about working with women from a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach. Ghada has worked in various mental health roles across public inpatient, community, and forensic settings. 

Ghada is interested in working with women aged 18+, presenting with the following presentations:

• Mood and anxiety disorders
• Personality disorders
• Emotion dysregulation/distress tolerance
• Interpersonal/relationship difficulties
• Mental health/adjustment difficulties during the apre/post-natal period
• Sexual health and intimacy difficulties

Ghada utilises an eclectic approach that is based on the individuals needs and draws upon the therapeutic interventions of:

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
• Schema Therapy

• In addition to english, Ghada is also fluent in the Arabic Dialect.

Areeba is a Registered Psychologist who completed her Honours in Psychological Sciences and Masters in Psychology. She works with individuals aged 5 to 24, helping them navigate the numerous challenges that arise during childhood and adolescence. Areeba is dedicated to fostering resilience in a warm and nurturing environment, enabling young people to manage adversities effectively.

When working with children, young people, and their families, Areeba adopts a collaborative approach to address difficulties while building on existing strengths. Her goal is to help children and young people develop a stronger connection to their evolving identities, increase their confidence, and gain greater independence in managing their experiences. This holistic approach aims to support them in achieving a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Areeba employs individualised, evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each child or young person. Additionally, she offers support in Urdu for families who require a deeper understanding of their children's current situations.
